Bailey has a knack for racking up yards after the catch. He can make defenders miss in tight spaces and has the type of speed to take it the distance. He is best suited to play in the slot in college. Bailey hauled in 65 receptions for 723 yards and six touchdowns as a junior to help lead the Raiders to a 12-2 record.
