2A Division II: Albany vs. Mart - 11:00 am

Albany

2024 RB/LB Adam Hill (#20): The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder is the heart and soul of the Albany offense and flips over to add meaningful snaps on defense. He's very physical on both sides of the ball. Hill has accepted a PWO opportunity at Texas Tech.

Mart

2025 ATH De'Montrel Medlock (#4): The 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete caught my eye on his tape, and he comes from a family with a knack for producing talent. Medlock will be playing QB.

2024 DT Monte Swaner (#74): A solid senior season helped the 6-foot-0, 275-pounder secure half a dozen opportunities to play at the next level. Swaner soasts a 525-pound squat.

3A Division I Malakoff vs. Franklin - 3:00 pm

Malakoff

2024 ATH Doc Renberg (#10) - The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder is a stout defensive end who can terrorize offense with a quick first step and good tackling ability. He holds offers from Trinity Valley, Graceland and East Central. He also contributes on the offensive side of the ball, and his 70-yard touchdown catch versus Brock in the semifinals was a pivotal moment.

Franklin

2025 RB Jayden Jackson (#1) - You may remember the 5-foot-11, 220-pounder from last year's state title game because he secured Offensive MVP honors after rushing for 148 yards and a touchdown. He's a bruising running back who punishes defenses in the middle of the field but does possess the speed to cash in long runs. Texas Tech was his first scholarship offer, and he also has offers from Sam Houston and PVAMU. Keep an eye on Jackson's younger brother, 2026 RB Bubba Jackson, who is an entertaining TXHSFB player.

2024 S/WR Devyn Hidrogo (#8) - The 6-foot-1, 175-pound three-star impacts the game on both sides of the football. He has been one of the state's top playmakers throughout the past three seasons and has started being rewarded with more offers. The Wyoming commitment picked up an offer from TCU a couple of weeks back, giving him his first in-state P5 offer.

2024 TE/OL Braden Smith (#3) - The 6-foot-3, 275-pounder missed last year's state title win with an ACL injury, but he is back with a vengeance this season as he is one of the state's best blockers. He lines up at TE but is an extra OL in the Franklin offensive scheme, and he's a good one who plays with a nasty streak. He has over 150 pancake blocks this season. Smith is committed to Tarleton State.

3A Division II: Gunter vs. Tidehaven - 7:00 pm

Gunter

2024 WR Cannon Lemberg (#5): The 6-foot-, 175-pound SFA commit is the spark plug of a dangerous Gunter offense that relies heavily on the ground and pound but will work in many designed plays for the talented three-star to showcase his hands and home-run ability. He will flip over and provide meaningful snaps on defense. He's just a fun football player to watch.

2025 S Colin Peacock (#3): The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder may be sidelined with an injury, but if he plays, he will instantly stick out. Peacock already has offers from Baylor, North Texas, Oklahoma, Sam Houston, Utah State, UTSA and Tulsa.

Tidehaven

2024 RB Joseph Dodds (#5) - The 6-foot-0, 200-pound Baylor commit is the workhorse for the offense. Don't be surprised to see him get 30 touches. A powerhouse running back who can efficiently run through arm tackles at this level. Sophomore quarterback Kale Russell, the son of Tidhaven coach Eddie Russell, has steadily progressed to add some offensive diversity. Dodds must have a big game for Tidehaven to win it all.

2025 ATH Jachen Duran (#2) - The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder is another player who uses his size and power to dominate—a two-way standout. On offense, Duran plays some WR, TE, and Wildcat QB, and he is very powerful with the ball in his hands. On defense, he is a formidable force and a sure tackler. His size allows him to bring ball carriers down instantly. He is a prospect who should generate some interest moving forward.
