1. Tradarian Ball (5'11, 185) - Texarkana Texas High: Ball rushed for 777 yards and 11 touchdowns and hauled in 44 passes for 1,017 yards and 14 scores to earn 7-5A Division II Co-Offensive MVP honors. The DCTF four-star is committed to Oregon.

2. KJ Edwards (5'9, 175) - Carthage: Rushed for 1,789 yards and 23 touchdowns and caught 30 passes for 383 yards and three scores to lead Carthage to a 4A Division II state title win and earn 8-4A Division II Co-Offensive MVP honors. 

3. Jonathan Hatton Jr. (6'0, 205) - Cibolo Steele: Hatton rushed for 1,225 yards and 21 touchdowns to earn first-team all-district honors. The DCTF four-star is considering offers from Texas A&M, Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Tennessee.

4. Javian Osborne (5'10, 190) - Forney: Osborne rushed for 1,227 yards and scored 25 total touchdowns to earn first-team all-district and Under Armour All-American honors. The DCTF four-star has official visits set with Georgia, Michigan and Miami (FL). 

5. Christian Rhodes (6'1, 200) - Lake Highlands: Rhodes rushed for 1,271 yards and scored 16 total touchdowns to earn 7-6A Offensive Newcomer of the Year honors. The DCTF three-star is committed to SMU. 

6. Ryelan Morris (5'9, 170) - Honey Grove: In just seven games last season, Morris racked up 1,871 offensive yards and 30 total touchdowns. The DCTF three-star is committed to Baylor but has official visits scheduled to Oklahoma and Stanford.

7. Keilan Chavies (5'10, 180) - Hutto: Through eight games in 2024, Chavies totaled 1,158 all-purpose yards and 10 touchdowns, earning first-team all-district 25-6A Honors. The DCTF three-star is considering offers from TCU, Texas Tech, Houston, Arizona State, Cal and Kansas.

8. Izayah Lee (5'11, 190) - Lancaster: Lee ran for 1,294 yards and 24 touchdowns during the 2024 season, earning a top on the first-team all-district 11-6A list. The DCTF three-star has official visits scheduled to Arizona State, Utah, SMU, Kansas and Kansas State.

9. Ryan Estrada (5'10, 185) - El Paso El Dorado: Estrada racked up an impressive 2,422 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns in his junior campaign, leading the Aztecs to a perfect, 10-0 regular season. The DCTF three-star earned District 1-5A DI MVP honors and has locked in official visits to Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Tulane.

10. Ashton Rowden (5'11, 195) - New Boston: Rowden rushed for 1,337 yards and 14 touchdowns, earning Most Outstanding Offensive Player in District 10-4A Division II. The DCTF three-star has locked in official visits to Texas Tech, Houston and Kansas State.
