Several Texas high school football stars showcased their talent at the 2025 Under Armour Next All-America Game in Orlando, Fla., with standout performances highlighted by Duncanville WR Dakorien Moore, who earned MVP honors.

2025 WR Dakorien Moore - Duncanville (Oregon signee):

Moore, the wire-to-wire No. 1 prospect in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100, capped his stellar high school career with an exclamation point. Moore wasted no time showcasing his elite quick-twitch explosiveness and open-field athleticism, making him a likely instant-impact player at Oregon. His electric play after the catch included an 85-yard punt return touchdown for the game's first score.

2025 QB Keelon Russell - Duncanville (Alabama signee):

Russell looked every bit the five-star prospect, dissecting the defense with precise and methodical passing. He demonstrated excellent chemistry with his offense, particularly with his favorite target, Moore. Russell's quick release, ability to throw receivers open, and impressive athletic ability stood out. Alabama is landing a potential star who evokes comparisons to a right-handed Michael Penix Jr.

Note: Russell exited early in the third quarter with a lower leg injury and did not return despite briefly appearing ready to re-enter.

2025 OT Michael Fasusi - Lewisville (Oklahoma signee):

Fasusi, one of the last players to earn his fifth star in the 2025 cycle, validated the decision with a dominant performance. He was a cornerstone at left tackle, and his versatility was on full display as he seamlessly shifted to right tackle when needed. Fasusi's ability to excel in both pass protection and run blocking should make him an early contributor to Oklahoma's rebuilt offensive line in 2025.

2025 DL Landon Rink - Cy-Fair (Texas A&M signee):

Rink showed up, especially in the second half, where he showcased above-average athleticism for a player with his size (listed at 6'3, 280). He made one of the game's best defensive plays, chasing a play down to the boundary from his spot at DT.

2026 DE KJ Ford - Duncanville:

Ford flashed his explosiveness off the edge, using a quick first step to pressure the quarterback and secure a sack in the first half. The 2026 standout has offers from TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, LSU, Miami (FL), Oklahoma, Penn State and more.

2026 RB Javian Osborne - Forney:

Osborne didn't have a single game-breaking moment, but the underclassman impressed on the big stage. His close-quarters quickness and nimble footwork, which have already earned him 40 scholarship offers, were evident. He also looked fast on TV.

  • Texas Longhorns 2025 QB signee KJ Lacey (Saraland, Ala.) might not hail from the Lone Star State, but his performance left a lasting impression. Lacey's ability to create plays, find lanes, and use various arm angles to keep defenses guessing demonstrated his unique playmaking style. He is going to be fun to watch. I'll compare him to Bryce Young.
