WR Daylan McCutcheon (6'0, 175) - Lovejoy: McCutcheon, the No. 20 prospect overall in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100, is one of the highest-rated commitments in Florida State's class, which could be on the verge of collapsing in the face of the Seminoles' 1-3 start and losing McCutcheon would be a severe blow. The Longhorns, along with programs like USC and SMU, were heavily involved in his recruitment before he pledged to Florida State in July, and all three programs have continued to stay in close contact. We anticipate that the four-star will be making some visits soon.
DB Zay Gentry (6'0, 170) - Anna: Gentry's recruitment is heating up despite his commitment to SMU in the spring. The three-star has received steady interest from Wisconsin and Baylor, with both schools pushing to flip him. Gentry has impressed scouts since his transfer to Anna from McKinney, showing his versatility in the secondary by playing safety. Though Gentry remains committed to SMU, he's keeping his options open and planning visits. SMU is fighting to keep him.
LB Kaleb Burns (6'0, 220) - Cypress Falls: Burns, who flipped his commitment earlier this summer from Texas Tech to Baylor, continues to see his recruitment surge with strong play during his senior year, including offers from Ole Miss and Oregon. Chances are strong that Burns will make official visits to both programs. The DCTF Hot 100 member also took official visits to SMU, TCU and Houston.
RB Cornelius Warren (5'9, 165) - North Crowley: Big wins lead to big offers Warren, who is currently committed to UNLV, is playing for the state's hottest program, and it is already starting to bring him more opportunities in recruiting, including an in-season offer from Oregon, who is prioritizing the Lone Star State after picking up key commitments from recruits like Dakorien Moore and Dorian Brew.
