Following SMU’s big Iron Skillet win over TCU, the Mustangs picked up a key commitment from 2026 Lancaster DB Victor Lincoln (6'0, 170).

Lincoln, who shared the news on social media, chose SMU over offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Nebraska, and Texas Tech.

A standout cornerback, Lincoln played a pivotal role in Lancaster’s district-opening win over Mesquite Horn on Friday. Known for his versatility, Lincoln’s athleticism is backed by impressive track numbers, including a 10.92 in the 100-meter and 22.66 in the 200-meter.

With Lincoln’s commitment, the Mustangs continue to strengthen their 2026 class with top local talent.
