WR Jadon Porter (6'0, 185) - Lorena: Porter is the lone in-state four-star signee. His elusiveness and ability to change direction make him a nightmare in open space. He's a yards-after-catch specialist with strong hands, using them to secure tough catches in traffic. He's one of the state's most experienced varsity athletes and enters college with many valuable game reps.

RB Joseph Dodds (6'0, 200) - Tidehaven: The No. 10 rated RB in a very loaded class at the position. Dodds helped lead his team to a state title appearance. He's one of the state's best small school stars, dominating his level of competition. A big, powerful, and strong running back, who is more than just a bruiser. He's a skillful athlete who surprises with his agility, ranginess, and 11.00 100-meter speed.

DT Alex Foster (6'5, 250) - Mater Dei (Greeneville, Miss.): 247Sports rates Foster as a high three-star. His 89 rating leaves him only one point short of four-star status, so this is an important recruit from the heart of SEC Country. He visited Texas late in the process and has yet to ink an LOI.

WR Mason Dossett (6'1, 180) - Fort Bend Ridge Point: A Baylor legacy in football and track. Dossett is a wide receiver known for his strong hands and production dependability. His 13.66-second 110-meter hurdles time underscores his speed, athleticism, and route-running upside.

S Kris Wokomah (6'0, 180) - Arlington Bowie: A hard-hitting and aggressive-minded strong safety prospect who loves to attack the football and make big hits. Wokomah is valued as a team leader who sets the tone with his style of play.

Could Toledo QB transfer Dequan Finn (6'2, 205) be the QB Baylor is looking for? He completed 201-of-317 passes for 2,657 yards and 22 touchdowns and rushed for 563 yards and seven scores in 2022. 

The Bears have also secured former UNLV safety Cameron Jenkins (the brother of current Baylor DB Caden Jenkins) and Montana State OL transfer Omar Aigbedion (6'3, 310).
