The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Class of 2025 superstar gets the nod over his teammate Colin Simmons here because he is one year younger; both are rated as the No. 1 prospect in the state in their respective classes. The five-star recently made his verbal commitment to LSU.

Top Underclassman: 2025 CB Devin Sanchez (Galena Park North Shore)

The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder is the No. 2 prospect in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100. With over 30 offers, Sanchez is among the nation's most heavily recruited players. Schools like Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma and USC are pressing hard early on.

MVP: 2024 DE Colin Simmons (Duncanville)
