Lovejoy 2024 WR Parker Livingstone (6'4, 185) committed to Texas over offers from Texas A&M, Arkansas, LSU and South Carolina.

Livingstone collected 52 receptions for 908 yards and 12 touchdowns to earn first-team all-district honors as a junior in 2022.

Per Lovejoy Head Coach Chris Ross, Livingstone will bring a competitive edge to Austin.

"Obviously, you got a guy who is 6'4, 190 and can run the way he runs, but the thing that really stands out to me about Parker is that he is such a competitor," Ross said.

"The bigger the game. The harder Parker is going to play. That competitiveness and that drive makes our team better."

Texas Passing Game Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach Chris Jackson played a significant role in Livingstone's recruitment, painting a picture for his college success and NFL development.

"He (Jackson) coached in the NFL forever, and this is his first year in college," Livingstone said. "My ultimate dream is to make it to the NFL, and he knows what NFL receivers look like and how they are."

Livingstone is rated as the No. 44 prospect in the 2024 DCTF Rising Hot 100, making him a four-star.
