Dear loyal “Football Friday” app users,

We are beyond excited to announce the launch of the ALL-NEW “Football Friday” Powered by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football!

We’ve taken the app from one goal line, rewritten it from the ground-up, audibled more than a few times and punched it into the opposite endzone to bring you the best app experience any Texas high school football fan could hope for.

Check out the video below for a sneak peek of the app, including a brief tutorial and some FAQs.

Our focus is to ensure that we present you – the user – with the very best data week in and week out, as you should come to expect from “The Bible of Texas Football.” That said, we’ve yet to release several features while we work to make sure we get you the most important information as quickly and accurately as possible: scores & schedules.

What makes this app so great is you - the community of users – who are out at games every week inputting live score updates into the app so that fans from all over are able to stay updated on the action. We’ve tweaked the way you’ll input scores in a way that gives everyone following along a more accurate view of how the game’s unfolding.

And, yes, we have the game chats ready to roll.

Ready to enjoy the new app? Great! If you downloaded the previous version, you’ll be prompted to update the existing “Football Friday” app in the App Store or Google Play. If you haven’t, go to your favorite app store and search “Football Friday”.

Everyone will be prompted to sign in; the sign-in must be an email (you can add a screen name and profile picture in your profile once you’re logged in).

OLD users that have NOT signed up in the new system must sign up with an email first [you’ll be able to do this on the first screen].

We know many of you value your participation status from the old app. We’ll migrate that data over in the coming weeks.

We ask for your constructive feedback as we continue to update this app over the next few weeks. If you wish to do that and/or are looking for a game and can’t find it, send email to app@texasfootball.com.

We have HUGE plans for this platform and wouldn’t be able to do that without insight from our valuable app users.
