Texas Tech grants wishes from two young fans

FRISCO, Texas--Texas Tech's spring scrimmage at The Star featured two special guests: Zachary and Dylan.

Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the two football fans got to spend the day with the Red Raiders and a private tour of the Cowboys' facility before the game They also shared duties leading the offense onto the field amid fireworks.

Late in the game, though, offensive guru Kliff Kingsbury drew up a pair of plays for each. Zachary scored a touchdown on a run through the right side of the defense.



 

Later, Dylan hauled in a deep post from quarterback Jett Duffey for a touchdown.



The Red Raiders celebrated both scores by hoisting their new teammates onto their shoulders.
