2026 RB KJ Edwards - Carthage: Edwards is a special running back who has the speed and athletic ability to cash in a TD run at any moment and he collected Offensive MVP honors in 4A D2. Texas, Texas A&M, Arkansas and Oklahoma are schools that have been keeping the heat turned up full blast in his recruitment.
2026 LB Daquives Beck - Carthage: Beck took home defensive MVP honors, narrowly edging out teammate Carson Crawford, who opened many eyes and put his name on the map. Beck is unbelievable in pursuit and was flying around the ball to make big hits and game-changing plays. Texas and Texas A&M both hosted him for visits this fall and they were impactful.
2026 WR Lakeyleon Graves - Kilgore: The Bulldogs had plenty of athletic prospects on the roster, but Graves is a player who quickly passed the in-person eyeball test. Graves will be one of the state's fast risers in the evaluation period, and he already boasts offers from North Texas and UTEP.
2026 QB Bowe Bentley - Celina: Had the day's most dominant performance with five touchdowns. Bentley entered the season with one offer from Sam Houston, but has quickly become one the hottest targets under center in his class. His first P4 offer from Boston College was impactful and Texas Tech has been doing well in his recruitment. He has already connected with the new QB coach, Mack Leftwich.
2026 RB Mikail Trotter - South Oak Cliff: Exploded for 172 yards on the ground on 19 carries while contributing two touchdowns. Clocked an 11.43 100-time last spring in track while showcasing solid burst and toughness on the field. Colleges will take note.
2026 LB Jamarion Phillips - South Oak Cliff: led the Golden Bears defense in tackles on Friday night with nine total tackles, one being for a loss of three yards. Reports double-digit FBS offers, including Baylor, SMU, TCU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and more.
2026 DB Marcell Gipson - South Oak Cliff: Gipson grew up greatly in his second season as a main-line contributor within the SOC Death Row secondary and on special teams as a returner. Finished the 5A D2 State game with five total tackles.
2027 RB Landen Williams-Callis - Richmond Randle: Took home Offensive MVP honors following Randle's 38-35 upset win over South Oak Cliff. He boasts 40 scholarship offers and it does not take a whole lot words to describe that he is an unbelievable talent with quick feet and elite top-end speed.
2025 DB Blake Thompson - Richmond Randle: The Oregon State signee played an unbelievable game. He has the ability to play on an island, but I was most impressed by his range and closing speed. His ability to play anywhere in the secondary should help him see the field early in college.
