The Top 5 Top Talent-Producing Factories in TXHSFB

From Duncanville’s dominance under Reginald Samples to the rapid rise of Alvin Shadow Creek, these schools have cemented their status as talent factories.

Over the past seven years, a handful of Texas high school football programs have consistently churned out elite college talent.

Since 2019, Dave Campbell’s Texas Football has tracked the top 100 prospects in the state via the DCTF Rising Hot 100, and the data from 2019-25 provides a clear picture of the state’s most consistent top talent-producing programs. 

1 - Duncanville

Duncanville reigns supreme in Texas high school football recruiting under coach Reginald Samples. The Panthers have produced over 40+ FBS-level prospects since 2019 and boast the most DCTF Hot 100 Rising prospects (21). The 2025 class, which could be their best yet, might boast the best top-end talent with the state's No. 1 (WR Dakorien Moore) and No. 7 (QB Keelon Russell) overall prospects.

SOC has used that talent to help capture two state titles, outscoring DISD opponents 537-36 over the past two seasons.

The Sharks’ 2025 and 2026 classes are loaded with talent, and 2026 Texas WR commit Chris Stewart has the potential to become the program’s highest-rated prospect yet.
