DCTF Rising Top 50 member CB Braylon Edwards reported that he has moved from Wilmer-Hutchins to Duncanville in front of his junior season.

2026 CB Braylon Edwards, a 5-foot-11, 175-pounder, reported Thursday morning that he moved from Wilmer-Hutchins to Duncanville.

Edwards entered the recruiting scene as a freshman and earned a starting position. He had a breakout season as a sophomore in 2023, collecting 86 tackles, three interceptions, four forced fumbles, and four TFLs.

Edwards has earned a scholarship offer from SMU and is receiving interest from schools like North Texas, TCU and Texas.

He attended the Texas Junior Day event on January 20.

Duncanville, which captured a second consecutive 6A Division I state title in 2023, had a loaded secondary featuring seniors like KD Dotson and Ty'Derick Brown and junior standouts like Tyren Polley and Javion Holiday.
