Arlington Bowie 2025 WR Dilon Tallie (6'3, 170) is a prospect who already owns early scholarship offers from Colorado, Charlotte and Buffalo.
"Colleges should offer me because I am long, I'm fast, I have the jump ball ability, I have long arms, and I'm athletic," Tallie said when asked about his strengths. "I can run routes...I move like I'm 5'8; I've got the good feet."
Jackson was offered by Colorado following a strong performance at a camp, and it was an offer that carried some weight.
"It meant a lot," Tallie said. "I went to the SMU megacamp. I balled out and I got the offer.
"It was definitely exciting. I have a relationship with Coach (Andre') Hart over there. He grew up with my mom, so he's like an uncle to me. Just going out there, they treat me like I'm family out there."
Tallie took a visit to Boulder and was impressed.
"I'm speechless because the campus is so beautiful," Jackson explained. "They have a lot of statues out there and they welcome you there. A lot of mountains in the back."
Jackson, who compares his game on the field to Marvin Harrison, is hungry to get offers from Texas, Ohio State, Oregon and SMU.
"I am really hungry for Texas because they came to our spring ball, and I showed out in front of one of the scouts," Tallie stated.
Arlington Bowie is a team on the rise in the DFW, boasting D1 talent in all classes.
"I am definitely excited," Jackson said. "We have a lot of good players coming back. We're going to open many eyes because we have some great players on our team who are unknown and deserve some offers. We are coming!"
