Mr. Texas Football Terry Bussey Names Top 11

Four-star Terry Bussey has named his Top 11 schools. Auburn, Texas, Florida, TCU, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Tennessee, Alabama and LSU all made the cut.

Auburn, Texas, Florida, TCU, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Tennessee, Alabama and LSU all made the cut.

A three-way superstar, Bussey made his impact felt on seemingly every play. As a quarterback, the junior threw for 2,177 yards and 26 touchdowns, completing 64 percent of his passes. Bussey also rushed for 2,596 yards and 46 touchdowns, averaging a staggering 14.1 yards per carry.

Defensively, he tallied 115 tackles and five interceptions, returning four of them for touchdowns. On special teams, Bussey returned three kickoffs for touchdowns and added a punt return for a score.

Bussey accounted for 4,773 yards of total offense and 80 total touchdowns throughout the season, guiding Timpson to the 2A Division I state semifinals.
