Prospect on the Rise
Last week's playoff tilt between The Colony and Lancaster featured several top prospects on both sides of the ball, but two shined for The Colony in the loss.
Texas Tech 2020 wide receiver commit Myles Price (5'9, 160) is as electric in space as you will find and has the speed to take it to the house anytime he touches the ball. He was elevated into the DCTF Hot 100 mid-game.
2020 defensive tackle Marcus Moore (6'1, 275) has an explosive first step and the requisite size to be considered as a top-level interior defensive line recruit.
Florida International offered this week joining a long list of suitors like UTEP, UTSA, Colorado State, Nevada, Tulane, and an abundance of other FBS-level programs.
Commit of the Week
Frisco Lone Star 2020 WR Marvin Mims (6'0, 170) flipped his commitment from Stanford to Oklahoma.
The No. 29 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 has collected 76 receptions for 1,866 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior.
Next Level Athlete Scouting Report: Mims is a big play wide receiver and returner. He showcases explosive speed and burst, excellent body control and ball skills. He has good vertical ability and will snatch the ball at its highest point. Great feel for the game and get open ability who easily wins 1-on-1 matchups. Teams try to scheme to stop him, but they can't.
